Which liquid lipstick to buy?

There are three aspects to consider when choosing a liquid lipstick. First of all, the ease of application. Lipsticks should spread well, covering the lips precisely and drying quickly. The second factor is durability: long-lasting liquid lipsticks can stay on for hours without losing intensity and resist kissing. Finally, the feeling it leaves is important. Lips should be juicy and not dry or sticky.

From there, the choice of color is a matter of personal taste and compatibility with the skin tone. And, naturally, the price is another factor that can make you opt for one or another liquid lipstick.

How to apply a liquid lipstick?

The first thing is moisturize your lips. You can use a moisturizing lip balm for this. In this way, on the one hand you protect your lips from the drying property of lipstick while repairing cracks to create a smoother surface.

Once the balm is absorbed, you can proceed to apply the liquid lipstick. Start with the lower lip, outlining the contour. Wait a couple of minutes for it to dry and then fill in the lip, from the center to the corners. Squeeze the brush to apply just the right amount, and once applied, press onto lips. Then wait two minutes. Now it's time to apply the corrections with a piece of paper or a cotton swab. Once finished, repeat the process with the upper lip.

Which tone to choose?

The color of your skin determines which lipstick shades suit you best. If your skin is brown, we recommend bright or neutral tones instead of dark ones, since the skin would look very dull. If your skin tone is medium, it is preferable to opt for medium lipsticks such as brown, nude or red, but avoiding very dark ranges. Finally, if you have light skin, choose warm and pastel tones such as coral or pale pink. Avoid nude tones and colors that make a strong contrast.
